David Hagan

Dave comes to Boingo with extensive general management, marketing and sales experience in the telecommunications and Internet space, and is responsible for the strategic direction as well as day-to-day operations at Boingo. Dave has over 20 years experience in senior management roles in the telecommunications industry with Sprint in the U.S. and Canada and served as division president and executive vice president for Sprint. He is responsible for launching the consumer business under the Sprint brand, which grew to be a $600 million business, the largest alternative long distance company in Canada. Dave is also responsible for launching an ISP service in Canada under the Sprint brand, called The Most Online, which was the second largest ISP in Canada.

Before Boingo, Dave served as CEO for FirstSource Corp. and as the President/Chief Operating Officer of Ticketmaster Online CitySearch.

Dave holds an MBA from Baker University as well as a BS from the University of Kansas. Dave is a member of Young President's Organization and is a director on the CEA Wireless Division board.

Marc Geller

Marc Geller is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Sternhill Partners. He has been managing venture capital funds since 1995. Prior to the formation of Sternhill Partners, he invested in 14 information technology and life science start-ups, totaling more than $40 million. Most recently, he was a general partner with GC Technology Fund, L.P., a $25 million venture fund that invests in information technology and life science companies. To date, four portfolio companies have been acquired, with one more in registration to go public.

Marc began his career at Coopers & Lybrand. In 1973, he struck out on his own to form a consulting practice representing high net-worth individuals, offering advice on investment strategies, and estate and tax planning. During the growth phase of the consulting business, he moved to Houston, Texas, to take advantage of the burgeoning growth opportunities in the Southwest caused by the energy crisis of the 1970s. Geller grew the consultancy until it spanned 250 individuals in 25 states.

After selling the consulting practice in 1980, Marc went on to develop or acquire approximately 1 million square feet of commercial office space, which was successfully divested. He then became COO of a private real estate investment trust.

Marc sits on the boards of directors of Boingo Wireless, Inc. (Santa Monica, CA), Zantaz, Inc. (Pleasanton, CA); Sandlot Corp. (Orem, UT); and Navini Networks, Inc. (Richardson, TX). He holds Bachelor of Arts, J.D. and Master of Laws degrees.

Paul Hsiao

Paul joined NEA in 2003 and is a partner in NEA's Menlo Park office. He focuses on wireless technology, Asian, and renewable energy investments. Paul's board memberships include Alien Technology, Boingo Wireless, DreamFactory, Jentro Technologies, and Motion Computing. He is also actively involved with Audience, BCD Semi, Deeya Energy, HelioVolt, Illumitex, Serious Materials, Solfocus, Spreadtrum (NASDAQ: SPRD), and Telegent Systems. At NEA, he has worked on the following investments: 3jam, Actions Semiconductor (NASDAQ: ACTS), Atheros (NASDAQ: ATHR), Cassatt (acquired by CA), Decru (acquired by NetApp), FineGround Networks (acquired by Cisco), Glu Mobile (NASDAQ: GLUU), Interlace Systems (acquired by Oracle), Luminary Micro (acquired by Texas Instruments), Salesforce.com (NASDAQ: CRM), SMIC (NYSE: SMI), UltraDNS (acquired by Neustar), and WholeSecurity (acquired by Symantec).Prior to NEA, Paul co-founded Mazu Networks (acquired by Riverbed Technology, NASDAQ: RVBD). He began his career at Medtronic and McKinsey. Paul received his MBA from Harvard and a bachelor's degree in engineering from MIT.

Shigeyuki Toya

Shigeyuki Toya has over 15 years experience in financial business in Mitsui & Co. After one year training program in London, he contributed to the global ALM (Asset & Liability Management) operation which was absolutely important for an international trading company to mitigate various financial risks. He also has 2 year experience in the planning & administration department of financial division where he worked as a member of turnaround projects regarding Mitsui's affiliated companies.

Upon his graduation from Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School in 2007, he joined Mitsui & Co., Principal Investments Ltd.(MCPI) which focuses on buyout and growth capital investments. Mr.Toya has identified several attractive investment targets, has approached the management or shareholders of the targets, and succeeded in persuading them to accept MCPI's equity participation. Since May 2009, he has been a general manager of private equity department of Mitsui USA.

Jim Caccavo

Jim is a proven entrepreneur with deep operating and financial experience. Prior to forming Steelpoint, Jim was the Managing Director of Moore Capital Management's Private Equity Group. Before joining Moore in 1999, he was president and CEO of Tickets.com. From 1988 to 1996, Jim was a founder and senior executive of Sullivan Communications, helping to build it into a leading graphic arts company. He operated several business units for Sullivan, including: software packaging and distribution; digital imaging; and a special effects business he founded. Jim began his career in finance at Merrill Lynch and GTE Corporation.

Jim holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from the University of Scranton.
